ORDERING POLICIES

Unfortunately Spread The Inner Love Arts does not accept returns because their is no easy way to do so. The products offered on my store page all go through print on demand services. The product you order does not actually exist until you place the order.  Then the third party print on demand company will print, package and ship you your order.  So every order is a custom order made just for you.

Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item before checking out.

In my experience the t-shirts tend to run a tiny bit on the small side.  I generally wear a medium and or large.  I lean towards large when ordering one of my own shirts.  The hoodies in my opinion tend to run more true to size.

If you really feel the need to return the item, in certain circumstances I will offer store credit in the form of a Spread The Inner Love Arts E-Gift Code. This will be processed within 7-10 business days after you have shipped me the return item. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged.

Spread The Inner Love Arts is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

 

SHIPPING:

Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently I do not offer expedited shipping.

I currently only ship within the United States and currently all shipping is free.

Spread The Inner Love Arts is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Spread The Inner Love Arts in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that I do not work on these days as I feel the need to spend time with my family. 

Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from me during this time.
